Where were you the summer of '71?
We are living in Big Sky because of one trip I took when I was 9yrs old. Explore Big Sky, a local Big Sky newspaper, includes an article in each of its bi-monthly publications called - "Making it in Big Sky". Thankfully we are still here!

In '71 we drank from the creek (pronounced crick) during our 3 day pack trip - camping under the stars, fishing for dinner and making sure you brought your shovel with you when you had to "go behind the tree". Almost the only rule - leave no trace.
